01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered by bmy33 (the "Platform"), you ("Player", "User", or "You") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bmy33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

bmy33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

02 Eligibility

Use of the bmy33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, consistent with the minimum age requirement established by PAGCOR for online gaming participation in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person and must not be acting on behalf of a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity unless expressly authorized by bmy33 in writing.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of bmy33, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from the bmy33 Platform for any reason.
• You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion or prohibition list applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.

bmy33 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card, proof of age, or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on bmy33, you are required to create a player account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly upon any change.
• You will register only one account. The creation of multiple accounts, whether in your own name or under another identity, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
• You will not share your account credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.
• You will maintain the confidentiality of your password and will notify bmy33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

bmy33 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements. All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawal privileges are activated. Documents typically required include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Passport, Driver's License, UMID), proof of address, and, where applicable, source of funds documentation.

bmy33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has violated these Terms, provided false registration information, or engaged in any activity that is fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful to the integrity of the Platform.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bmy33 are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via the payment methods currently supported by bmy33, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven, Cebuana Lhuillier, and M Lhuillier, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bmy33 account within the time frame specified for each payment method. bmy33 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary by payment method. Current limits are displayed at the point of transaction within the Platform.
• bmy33 does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds deposited into your account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. bmy33 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• All applicable KYC verification requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed. Pending verification, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold.
• bmy33 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method. bmy33 will endeavor to process approved withdrawal requests within the time frames published on the Platform, but cannot guarantee processing times where delays are attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

bmy33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, multipliers, and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Validity Period: Bonuses and promotional credits expire after the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a player's account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion before fulfilling the wagering requirements of a current bonus may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.

• Modification and Withdrawal: bmy33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses already validly claimed and being fulfilled in good faith by eligible players.

06 Gaming Rules

All games available on the bmy33 Platform are governed by game-specific rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to the applicable game rules. The following general gaming conditions apply across all game categories on the Platform:

• All casino games utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from licensed third-party game providers. Live dealer games are conducted in real time via certified studio streams and are not subject to manipulation by bmy33 or any of its personnel.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session, bmy33 will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly and may, at its discretion, void affected rounds and refund applicable stakes.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bmy33 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or a false identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any network or system connected to the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional mechanics.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users.
• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content from the Platform without the express written consent of bmy33.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the bmy33 Platform — including but not limited to the bmy33 name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and underlying code — is the exclusive property of bmy33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes;
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on any Platform content or software;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on Platform content; or
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform without the express written consent of bmy33.

Any unauthorized use of bmy33 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property law, entitling bmy33 to seek all available legal remedies.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

10 Responsible Gaming

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, bmy33's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bmy33 account during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bmy33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bmy33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bmy33 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice to affected players, which may include a notification displayed upon login or an email to the address registered on your account.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of any updates. bmy33 will maintain an archive of prior Terms versions, which is available upon written request to the support team.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and bmy33, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days may be submitted to the appropriate regulatory authority, including PAGCOR, or referred to the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause limits bmy33's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
